1. What is the density of the foam rollers? (Soft, firm, hard…?)
Our foam rollers are firm enough to hold their shape with standard use, but have just enough give to provide a bit of comfort during use. For example: if tennis shoes were worn when standing on a roller for a few minutes, there would be a print left in the foam roller for a few hours before the roller returns to its original condition.
2. When will my items ship?
Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. When your item ships, you will receive an email notification which includes tracking information.
3. How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com if you have any changes you would like to make to your order, including cancellation. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
4. Are the rollers/mats waterproof?
Our products are designed using closed-cell foam, which means that they will not absorb moisture or be damaged due to exposure to water. However, if items are exposed to direct sunlight regularly, this will start to break down the walls of the cells in the foam, damaging the items capability to resist absorption.
5. Do you offer bulk pricing and shipping discounts?
Bulk pricing is available to those customers who regularly order 10 or more products at a time. Please contact us for more information.
6. Why did my item arrive in a plastic bag?
Depending on the size of the order and the item ordered, we may ship your item in a durable plastic bag instead of a cardboard box in order to minimize our use of paper products as a company.
7. Are hand buoys sold in pairs?
Single disc, double disc, etc. are sold in pairs - pricing for these items includes the 2 individual items. However, Long bars and kick bars are sold individually.
8. How are these rollers different from molded Styrofoam rollers?
Molded Styrofoam rollers contain tiny spaces within the material in which bacteria, moisture, and dirt can collect and is very difficult to clean out. They are not water resistant, and are usually very firm. Our closed-cell polyethylene rollers do not hold on to moisture, and can easily be cleaned with disinfectant or mild soap and water.
9. Do the rollers bend at all?
Full-round rollers are very difficult to bend, however the Half-round rollers may be forced to bend, but will always return to their original shape.
10. How do you measure resistance of the hand buoys? (Light, medium, heavy…?)
Typically mini-disc handbuoys are lightweight in the water, single-disc handbuoys are medium, and double-disc and up are heavy. As far as how each size works for you, we cannot say. If you decide that a certain size is either not enough resistance or too much, we are happy to exchange it for a different size.
11. What is the weight limit of a mat before it gets too flat?
It takes approximately 500 pounds directly down on the entire mat for the material to flatten. Our mats have proved to always maintain a barrier between you and the floor.
12. After being rolled up, does the mat need time to flatten?
If you have one of our mats that can be rolled for storage or transportation, it may take an hour or two for your mat to lay completely flat on its own. You can speed up this process by rolling the mat against the existing curve for 15 minutes or so until the mat can lay close to the floor.
13. How can I clean my mat?
All of our products can be cleaned using a mild soap (dish-washing soap, hand soap, etc) and water and rinsing well. You may also use a disinfectant such as Lysol spray or wipes, to regularly clean your products. Never use bleach or ammonia on your products as this will destroy the foams' cell-structure and therefore the integrity of the product.
14. What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us and explain your reason for your return, and we will issue a full refund after the item has been received at our facility. If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to listen.
15. How can I store my triple-layer mats?
Depending on the specific product you have, you can either roll, stack, or hang your mat(s). All roll-up mats and folding mats either come equipped with a strap or handles.
